Mouth Sores

Methyltrexate will decrease the immune system, and lead to things like mouth sores.  The best way to deal with these symptoms is to increase tissue calcium (Calcium Citrate 500 mg 3x day for 3 days, then 500 mg 1x day) and increase EFA's/fish oil (2 caps 3x for 3 days, then 2 caps 1x), especially if still on the meds.
